England coach Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that midfielder Elliott Anderson will complete a £116m transfer from Nottingham Forest to Manchester City ahead of England's World Cup last 32 match. The two Premier League clubs have agreed a deal for Anderson, who will move to the Etihad Stadium while the 23-year-old undergoes a medical in the United States. "I think there is a very high chance that this will be over before the last 32 rounds," Tukhel said. He added, "The way he trains and plays, is admirable. He is still young and new to our national team, but he plays like he owns the place and is always there."
